In this episode I'm going to share 7 common roadblocks you may face on your fitness journey: lack of time, lack of habit, lack of information, lack of confidence, inaccessibility, identify conflict and lack of belonging. After listening to this episode not only will you be able to identify how these roadblocks present themselves but more imporantly how to overcome them.
Manifest Challenge:
Identify which roadblocks affect you and create 3 solutions for you to test out. Pick which one you want to try for the next two weeks and get started. If after a week it was challenging to stick with your plan then switch to your 2nd solution plan.
