Its easy to stay in our comfort zone, but thats not always the best thing for us. Why? Becuase there is so much growth potential when we try something new, practice that which we struggle with and expand our social circle. In this two part series, my exercise science professor Jeff Kreil shares why he makes it a priority to dare his students to challenge themselves and how those same lesson can help you in your health and fitness journey.
