In this episode we'll discover the Paleo Diet, when and why it was created but more importantly what lessons you can take from it to add to your own plan. If you're unsure what and how you should eat to lose weight or be healthy, following a diet can help provide you with a guidline but its not a perfect solution. There are still downsides to following a diet plan that why in this episode I'll help you sift through the confusion and let you know what you should take away from Paleo and what aspects of it you might want to think twice about following.
